“This was my first experience at hiring an attorney, my father passed away without leaving a will. It was a very stressful and confusing time for me, my attorney was Christopher D. Foster and I am so very grateful to him for lifting that stress from my shoulders; he listened to me, made me feel comfortable, kept me well informed and I was able to trust him completely. I highly recommend Mr. Foster to any persons who have the daunting and difficult task of dealing with the estate/affairs of a deceased loved one, and I can honestly say that he will work very hard for you.”

-Terra Mathews, Fayetteville NC

“Our experience as a client working with Chris Foster, of The Hutchens Law Firm, P.A., has been very pleasing and stress free. As we embarked upon establishing our second generation plumbing service company, we were referred to the law firm to set up our corporation. Chris Foster was introduced to us and immediately made us feel comfortable and made sure we had a clear understanding of the legal steps to be taken.

Mr. Foster always stayed in touch, communication was open, and all questions were answered quickly with full explanation. He was knowledgeable of corporate tax law so we trusted his decisions and advice.

Chris and the firm responded to any matter that arose and [is] very valuable to our company. We appreciate [his] dedication and ensuring that we fully understood any legal matter that we may have. Keeping it simple and never over-powering conversations with big legal verbiage is definitely a plus.

We highly recommend Chris Foster. The staff is always nice and pleasant as well.”

“When I was recently in an emergency situation, had a heart attack, and was awaiting surgery, Mr. Foster prepared a will in 24 hours for me and came to the hospital all in the same day, where I was confined in a dire situation, getting ready to go into open heart surgery. Mr. Foster was very professional and provided a service for me that really put my mind at ease, helping myself and my family feel at ease, in a situation where in the outcome was virtually unknown.  His advice and guidance helped me put my personal affairs in order, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind during a very difficult time in my life. I highly recommend Chris’ bedside manner to any potential clients.”

“Chris Foster helped me to settle my uncle's estate for my mother and her sister who lives out of town. My uncle died without a will and we had no direction. Chris  guided me through the steps as he submitted the estate inventory, published the creditors notice, and dealt with the estate division  at the court house.  Not having to deal with the clerk of court and the details of my uncle's estate was wonderful and Chris made this stressful time easier on our family. Thank you Chris for a professional job well done.”

"I'm writing to share with you my experience using an attorney from the Hutchens Law Firm, who is fantastic. His name is Christopher Foster, an estates and trust lawyer who, in anticipation of my surgery, worked very fast and very, very well to prepare my estate planning documents. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone you know needs estate work done. His fees are very reasonable, his work is top drawer, he was very responsive and is very nice."

-Sharon U.

“My name is Frances Foster, widow of Lloyd Foster, former High School Broadcaster for the school of Cumberland County for many years. Christopher Foster is my grandson, of whom I am very proud. At the time of my husband’s death January 30, 2013, I needed much legal help and advice, and Chris did an excellent job in providing it. He made all of us feel comfortable. In the past his dad and uncles were rather amazed at how well he managed everything and how mature he was. To them he was still “Little Chris.” Not anymore!”
