Associate Biography

Lacey M. Moore concentrates her practice in civil litigation, with an emphasis on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, distressed credit and curative title issues. Lacey’s litigation experience includes jury and non-jury trials, not just a motion practice.   Lacey has also developed an appellate practice related to her representation of lenders and lending institutions.   As a result, she has often drafts briefs and argues appeals in both state and federal courts.   Lacey’s experience also includes complex business litigation, products liability, toxic tort litigation, construction law and intellectual property protection.

One of Lacey’s strengths is her ability to effectively communicate with people from all backgrounds. Lacey makes a point to empathize with her client’s situation, understand the impact the case has on them, and to always set clear expectations.

For Lacey, being present is the first step to being a successful lawyer:

“Being present means investing yourself fully in the case you are working on at that moment. It’s about being fully prepared, fully engaged and giving it your all.” – Lacey Moore
