Jenny Joeckel is an associate attorney with Hutchens Law Firm Practicing in the area of real estate law. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Jenny attended high school at the Fayetteville Academy. As a young adult, she always had an interest in legal services and soon decided to pursue a career as an attorney. Thereafter, she attended The University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business for her bachelor’s degree in business marketing. Following her undergraduate degree, Jenny enrolled in the Elon University School of Law.

She began working as a summer law clerk in 2011, assisting a private firm with title searches and pre-closing matters and quickly realized that real estate was her calling. Upon earning her Juris Doctor in 2012, she joined a private firm to handle closings and oversee the title department. She chose real estate because she is able to work closely with her clients and assist them through one of the most important purchases of their lives. Jenny believes it is important to have an attorney advocate for your financial and legal standpoint during a home purchase and she always pursues her client’s best interests as they buy, sell or refinance their home.

When she is away from the firm, Jenny spends time with her husband, Blake, and their twin sons in their Raleigh home and at Ocean Isle Beach. They enjoy immersing themselves in their local community, often attending local concerts and festivals. During the weekend you can find her outdoors, playing tennis at their neighborhood park, walking the greenways and visiting Lake Crabtree and Shelley Lake. Jenny also devotes her time to reading and cooking, which are strong passions of hers. She joined the Hutchens Law Firm in 2018 and works primarily at our Raeford Road - Fayetteville real estate closing location.
