An attorney and certified mediator, Maggie Senter Bennington practices in the areas of Workers’ Compensation, Social Security Disability, and Mediation. Previously, Maggie worked as a defense attorney for an insurance company, representing employers and their insurance companies at mediation and at trial to oppose workers’ compensation claims. Today, she's on this side of the table, fighting for those who have been injured at work to help them receive the appropriate medical treatment and are compensated for disabilities suffered. Having been on the other side of the table is her competitive advantage: she knows their playbooks and has insight into the strategies the insurance companies use to minimize their payouts.
Growing up watching her father, attorney Bill Senter, fighting for those who have been personally injured pointed Maggie towards Law as a career. Her passion for helping people drives her commitment to each of her clients on an individual basis, and she knows their stories personally. That's her inspiration to fight for the best possible result for each of them.
Maggie and Bill often team up to combine their experiences when cases become both a workers compensation claim and a civil case, thus, clients get the benefit of a powerful duo fighting for their rights.

"Maggie, thank you for all your hard work, for helping me through such a difficult process, and for doing it all with a smile! You’re a first-class attorney…very professional, yet you know how to relate such complicated information to others outside your field. I’ve met many doctors who struggle with that ability. I appreciate the way you gave me information so clearly, then respected me to make decisions while offering guidance when I requested it. I’ve also enjoyed getting to know you, you’re a lovely person!"
