Meredith Murchison is an associate attorney in the Charlotte office of Hutchens Law Firm. She currently practices in the areas of Creditors’ Rights and Default Servicing with an emphasis on mortgage foreclosure.
Following law school, Meredith served as a legal intern in the Center for Constitutional Studies of the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. At the Cato Institute, Meredith conducted legal research and writing on current constitutional issues for amicus briefs and policy debates. While not political in nature, this work included a thorough analysis of all sides of an argument to provide information about the scope of a given problem and the effects of possible rulings.
With a sharp eye for detail, Meredith brings a strong sense of urgency and a thoughtful, exhaustive approach to problem resolution.
