Born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ryan focuses his practice on bankruptcy, foreclosure, and real estate matters. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, Ryan pursued a career in bankruptcy law because it allows him the opportunity to employ problem-solving and people skills which he considers two of his best skills. Ryan also enjoys the interesting challenges that default legal matters bring to the table.
Ryan volunteers his time with Disability Rights North Carolina to see that mental health facilities across the state are up to national standards, advocating for those without the means to protect their own interests.
