Associate Biography

John Kay brings experience and perseverance to his position as the Default Service Managing Attorney of the Columbia, South Carolina office. John focuses his practice in the areas of mortgage default servicing, real estate, and bankruptcy and throughout the year is a frequent speaker at continuing legal education seminars on issues related to these areas. John also conducts training sessions for mortgage servicers around the country.

John believes in working hard to consistently exceed client expectations.

Outside of the firm, John is a youth basketball coach for the Columbia Interfaith Basketball League.
