Partner Biography

Joe Vonnegut has been a part of the Hutchens Law Firm family since 1998 and is the Supervising Partner for Bankruptcy. His practice areas include armed forces law, civil litigation, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. Joe’s experience in the US Army JAG Corps armed him with the ability to get to the bottom of any dispute quickly and efficiently – a valuable tool when working in civil litigation. Joe believes that representing both creditors’ rights and bankruptcy clients gives him a rare perspective on these cases. “You can never look at a case from just one angle. The ability to understand all sides of each case helps me deliver the best possible outcome for my clients.” – Joe Vonnegut.
