Partner Biography

W. Walt Pettit’s practice areas include civil litigation, commercial and residential foreclosure and bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights matters.  He was a partner for 11 years with another firm until merging with Hutchens Law Firm in 2012.

Walt has been appointed as a Federal Court Receiver and a Chapter 11 trustee in numerous high-profile cases.
