PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Bryce Ashby is an Associate Attorney at Hutchens Law Firm in the Fayetteville office. She focuses her practice in civil litigation and creditor’s rights. Bryce enjoys creative problem solving and working with others, which drew her to pursue a career in the legal profession. She enjoys building relationships with clients and amongst her colleagues. Bryce is a first-generation attorney.

Bryce is not from North Carolina, but she is happy to call North Carolina her home. Bryce was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky, where she graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She then attended the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor in May 2023. Following law school, she sat for the July 2023 bar exam. Bryce moved to Fayetteville in August 2023, with her husband, who is stationed at Fort Liberty. She joined Hutchens Law Firm in October of 2023.

In her free time, Bryce enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, trying new restaurants and activities around the Fayetteville area. Bryce has family and friends scattered all throughout the United States, and Bryce enjoys traveling to see them when she can.
