Fayetteville is home to the corporate office of Hutchens Law Firm on Ramsey Street. Founded in 1980, the Firm now employs about 200 staff members who live and thrive within our diverse community. This location is known for its breadth of legal services, which includes military law, business law, creditors’ rights, litigation, mediation, personal injury, family law, real estate, Social Security disability, trusts and estates, administration law, and workers’ compensation.
Home to the U.S. Army base Fort Bragg, both the city and our firm have deep ties to the military. More than 45 members of our staff are active duty reservists or veterans, and several others are military spouses. We celebrate their service and are grateful for the military’s impact on our firm.
Fayetteville is known for its cultural diversity, as well. The city’s nine historic districts feature painstakingly preserved structures that stand in remembrance of its long history — from its settlement in 1739 to its survival of the Revolutionary and Civil Wars and beyond. It’s also home to Fayetteville State University, which is part of the University of North Carolina. Hutchens Law Firm is proud to call Fayetteville home.
