Davis Puryear, is an attorney with Hutchens Law firm practicing in the areas of business law and civil litigation. With experience in transactional and business litigation matters, he assists his clients from the formation of their business through the entire life-cycle. His clients rely on him for assistance with formation of LLCs and corporations, negotiating and drafting contracts, business mergers and sales, and business litigation.
A merit scholar, Davis earned his Juris Doctor degree from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, graduating cum laude. After interning for Hutchens Law Firm, he joined the Firm in 2015 upon graduating.
Davis is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is active in the community, serves as Treasurer of the Cumberland County Bar Association, is a member of the Church Council at Haymount United Methodist Church, and is on the Methodist University Foundation Board.
