Davis Puryear is an attorney with Hutchens Law Firm LLP practicing in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, Estate Probate, and Litigation. With experience in transactional and business litigation matters, he assists his clients through the entire business life-cycle from the formation of their business to succession planning or mergers and sales. Every business and estate planning client is unique, and Davis strives to provide a business or estate plan tailored to each client’s specific needs.
