PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Emily Price is an associate attorney with Hutchens Law Firm practicing in the area of real estate law. From a young age, Emily knew she wanted to be an attorney and has always had an interest in real estate law. Even before law school, she worked for several years with a private law firm performing title searches and working on post-closing matters so the transition to real estate attorney was a natural next step for her. Emily especially enjoys residential real estate closings and helping clients navigate the process to achieve their goals of owning a home.
Raised in the Fayetteville area, she attended Fayetteville Christian School before graduating from North Carolina State University cum laude with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. Upon earning her undergraduate degrees, she continued on to Campbell University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctor.
She is an avid reader and advocate of literacy. She volunteers on the boards at the local library and reading/literacy council because she believes that reading is one of the most important building blocks for success and "a core skill essential to everyday life."
She joined Hutchens Law Firm in 2016 and works in our Fayetteville and Cameron locations.
