Charlotte attorney W. Walt Pettit is Managing Partner for the Charlotte location and supervising partner for Bankruptcy/Litigation. His practice areas include civil litigation, commercial & residential foreclosure, commercial & residential bankruptcy, and creditors’ rights matters. He was a partner with another firm for 11 years until that firm merged with Hutchens Law Firm in 2012.
Walt has been appointed as a Federal Court Receiver and a Chapter 11 trustee in numerous high-profile cases.
